General Returns
Stock merchandise may be returned within 24 hours for store credit only.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify.
Floor samples, As-Is items, and Clearance merchandise are final sale and non-returnable.
Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once placed.
Special Orders
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all special orders.
No cancellations or changes are allowed after the order is placed.
Adjustments may be subject to additional charges and approval.
Mattresses & Box Springs
For sanitary reasons, mattresses and box springs are not eligible for return or exchange.
Delivery & Services
Delivery fees and fabric protection plans are non-refundable.
Online Orders
Online purchases follow the same return and exchange policy as in-store purchases.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns made by mail.
Online exchanges are allowed for a like item only, and items must be in new condition.
Defective Merchandise
Any item found to be defective is eligible for exchange only.
Defective items will be replaced with the same item in new condition, subject to inspection and availability.
